The entire line is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which meets food safety standards. Suitable for cleaning and drying leafy vegetables such as celery, chives, spinach, scallions, chrysanthemum, fennel, coriander, etc. Suitable for vegetable processing plants, large food distribution centers, etc.
Working principle: Using high-pressure gas to generate bubbles, circulating water pump for surfing and high-pressure water spraying for triple cleaning, and axial flow fan for continuous blowing and draining of water. Effectively separate sediment, hair, and other impurities adhered to vegetables. During the cleaning process, continuous water supply is provided through spraying and high-pressure nozzles. To prevent vegetables from being disturbed during cleaning and transportation, the equipment is equipped with a pressure mesh belt. The air drying machine can effectively remove water droplets on the surface of the product, making it suitable for assembly line operations and improving the automation level of enterprises. The drying air temperature is at room temperature, effectively protecting the color and quality of the material itself.
