2、 Check the cooling water tank and confirm that there is water in the tank. Check if the vacuum gauge is at zero position and if all pump interfaces are connected correctly, if all interfaces of the four stage sterilizer are loose or exposed, and if there are no errors before proceeding to the next step.
3、 Do not turn on the empty pump yet. Use water to circulate between the flash evaporator in the four stage sterilizer until the heating temperature rises before feeding.
4、 Simultaneously turn on the feed pump of the four stage sterilizer and the discharge pump of the flash evaporator, keeping the liquid level of the material in the flash evaporator below the centerline of the sight glass. After the liquid level stabilizes, proceed to the next step of work.
5、 Turn on the cooling water circulation system and keep the cooling water level at the line position in the cooler mirror to start circulating.
6、 Before turning on the vacuum pump, first close the valve of the vacuum pump and gradually open it to raise the vacuum pump.
7、 During the process of raising the vacuum pump, due to the influence of the vacuum pump on the flash evaporator discharge pump, the discharge decreases, and the liquid level rises. Therefore, it is necessary to close the feed inlet of the four stage sterilizer to stabilize the liquid level. Therefore, the vacuum pump does not need to reach a large (0.08).
