A high-pressure cleaning machine is a machine that uses a power device to generate high-pressure water from a high-pressure plunger pump to flush the surface of objects, removing dirt and washing away, achieving the effect of cleaning the surface of objects. Due to its high-speed, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly characteristics, it is widely used in various industries. When using it, it is necessary to pay close attention to safety issues and strictly follow procedures and requirements for operation. There have been cases of high-voltage cleaning machines leaking electricity and people dying from electric shock due to improper use.
1、 Operation method of high-pressure cleaning machine:
1. Preparation before startup
Before starting up, check whether the screws and nuts of each part of the cleaning machine are loose. The pump eccentric axle box has been filled with 30 # or 40 # engine oil, and the oil level needs to be checked (just overflow the oil mirror is beneficial).
2. Inlet pipe connection
Insert the inlet hose onto the inlet joint of the pump body, then attach the throat clamp and tighten the screws on the clamp to ensure a secure connection
No air leakage. Then, according to the water source situation, place the other end on the tap or into the water supply pool (the inlet must be completely submerged in water), and install a filter on the inlet pipe to prevent impurities from damaging the high-pressure pump.
3. Water outlet pipe connection
Connect the insertion connector end of the high-pressure hose to the quick change connector on the outlet of the machine; The other end is connected to the threaded joint on the trigger valve of the spray gun. Refer to the structural diagram for the connection method (quick change connector connection method: simply push the roller sleeve back and then push the connector inward to flatten it).
Attention: High pressure water pipes should not be twisted, and should be stretched and straightened as much as possible.
4. Power connection
Firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the label requirements. The connection of the fixed power supply used by the cleaning machine should be carried out by personnel and should comply with the requirements of GB/T16895. If an extension power cord is used, the plug and socket should have a waterproof structure. When connecting the socket, the switch of the cleaning machine must be set to the "off" position.
5. Replaceable nozzle
The spray gun of this machine can adjust the water flow by replacing the nozzle. The short nozzle has a circular hole shaped water flow, and the rod has a fan-shaped water flow.
Circular hole bundle shaped water flow - This nozzle can generate a bundle shaped strong jet, which is used for surfaces with particularly severe dirt. Such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, etc.
Fan shaped water flow - This nozzle generates a fan-shaped jet with a large scattering angle and low impact force on the cleaned object. It can be used for cleaning large areas of dirt surfaces, such as cars, buses, trucks, tractors, and various other vehicles and ships; Vegetable and food processing plants, hotel kitchens; Baths and swimming pools; Livestock pens and fences, cleaning of exterior walls of high-rise buildings, etc.
6. Start the machine
Check that the inlet pipe and the high-pressure outlet pipe are reliably connected, the power socket is connected, and then the power can be turned on. Pull the trigger of the spray gun, and after the air inside the machine is exhausted, high-pressure water can be sprayed out. When in use, the air discharge is slow. You can first remove the high-pressure water outlet pipe. When there is water spraying out from the water outlet joint and no gas is left, turn off the machine. Connect the high-pressure pipe to the quick connector and restart the machine for use.
7. If the water tank is used to supply water to the pump, water should be poured into the pump from the inlet pipe at the same time as starting up, and the trigger of the spray gun should be half pulled to discharge the air in the pipeline. After the pump is working normally, the inlet pipe can be placed in the water tank. At this time, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the inlet pipe to prevent foreign objects from being sucked in.
8. When using a beam shaped strong jet for cleaning operations, the distance between the nozzle and the cleaned surface should not be too close to avoid damage to the cleaned object due to excessive pressure. When cleaning vulnerable surfaces, one should approach them from afar and carefully observe their changes.
9. When the interval time is too long (more than ten minutes), the power switch should be turned off and the spray gun valve should be opened to keep the spray pipe and spray gun in a pressure free state, so as to prevent the heat generated by the water flow circulating in the pump body during unloading from damaging the internal components of the pump.
10. The working pressure of the cleaning pump has been adjusted to 6Mpa when it leaves the factory. Users should not arbitrarily increase the pressure to avoid damage to the cleaning machine due to changes in working conditions. If insufficient pressure is found, the operation can be carried out according to the tenth item of fault analysis and troubleshooting.
11. When in use, there may be water droplets from the drain hole on the sandwich copper connected to the pump body, which does not affect the use and is considered normal operation.
12. In general, when shutting down, first turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, turn off the water source (when supplied with tap water), pull the trigger of the spray gun, and release the residual pressure inside the pump.
13. When transferring machinery, the high-pressure hose for water outlet can be removed through a quick change connector for easy movement.
14. The nozzle and trigger of the spray gun are related to the performance of the cleaning machine, and should be properly placed when not in use to avoid collision and affect use.
15. After the machine is put on hold for use: Due to the small starting torque of the single-phase motor, if the starting switch is pressed, the motor will make a buzzing sound (motor)If the motor does not move, immediately press the stop button and repeat two or three times, and the motor will start running; If the motor still cannot start, please remove itRotate the fan cover of the motor by hand for two to three cycles before starting the motor. After successful startup, it should be reinstalled in the shutdown stateFan casing.
2、 What should be noted when using a high-pressure cleaning machine?
When operating a high-pressure cleaning machine: always wear appropriate goggles, gloves, and a mask.
2. Always keep hands and feet out of contact with the cleaning nozzle.
3. Regularly check all electrical connectors.
4. Regularly check all liquids.
5. Regularly check the hose for cracks and leaks.
When the spray gun is not in use, always keep the trigger in a safe locked state.
7. Always use pressure as much as possible to work, but the pressure should be sufficient to complete the task.
Before disconnecting the hose connection, always release the pressure inside the cleaning machine.
Always drain the water from the hose after each use.
Never point the spray gun at yourself or others.
Do not start the equipment until all hose joints have been checked and locked in place.
Never start the equipment before connecting the supply water and allowing the appropriate amount of water to flow through the spray gun barrel. Then connect the required cleaning nozzle to the spray gun rod.
AttentionDo not leave the high-pressure cleaning machine unattended during operation. Every time you release the trigger, the pump will operate in bypass mode. If a pump has been running in bypass mode for a long time, the high temperature of the circulating water in the pump will shorten its service life and even damage the pump. So, it is necessary to avoid running the equipment in bypass mode for a long time.
