Nowadays, the use of milk pasteurizers is becoming increasingly widespread. So, what preparations should we make before using pasteurizers? Let's take a look together below:
1. All energy supplies are sufficient;
2. The temperature of the ice water meets the standard, with a temperature of 1-2 ℃ and a pressure of 3-4 ℃? bar；
3. All parameters are within the standard range;
4. The application experiment and pH test are qualified;
5. Clean the connecting pipe and disconnect it, then connect it to the recycling pipeline and open the butterfly valve;
6. All valve switches and pump control switches are in the correct positions;
7. The source tank contains milk and the type and various physical and chemical indicators of the milk are qualified, and the source tank is in production status; Milk indicators can be found in the (Quality Standards for Raw Milk Use);
8. The target tank or equipment meets the production conditions;
9. The homogenizer oil level is normal (the oil level is above the high level line when the homogenizer stops);
10. All automatic valves and pumps are not manually opened, and manual butterfly valves for ice water inlet and outlet are closed;
