Equipment Introduction
Adopting microcomputer PLC control, the entire process of feeding, spin drying, braking, and discharging is fully automated. The upper part of the feeding machine is used for feeding, and the lower part is used for discharging. It can be connected to a production line to complete the flow production. The spin drying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to different products, and the speed can be set freely from 200 revolutions per minute to 1000 revolutions per minute; The motor and spindle are connected in a direct sealed manner, ensuring stable operation without leakage or dust, and meeting the requirements of export hygiene. The feeding capacity is 50-80kg per time, and the cycle operation time can be adjusted. There is no limit to the cycle operation, and the spin drying is uniform. The output varies from 2-3 tons per hour depending on the product.

Scope of application
Dehydrate and spin dry vegetables, fruits, and grains. Such as garlic slices, diced radish, cabbage, green and red peppers, diced scallions, dates, mushrooms, seaweed, tea, chili peppers, raisins, dried apricots, and various grains.
