Equipment Introduction
This assembly line consists of a hoist, brush cleaning machine, swing drum cleaning machine, slicer, and dryer,
The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is a new type of equipment specially designed for cleaning and removing dirt from the surface of products such as maca, ginseng, ginger, and Chinese herbal medicine. It will not damage the material skin, and the transmission adopts mechanical speed regulation, with adjustable cleaning time and speed. There is a high-pressure spray pipe inside the drum, which sprays water in a fan-shaped manner to ensure even cleaning of the product without any dead corners (the spray nozzle is made of stainless steel fan-shaped, and the spray angle can be adjusted freely, and the spray pipe is a swinging type).
